OMG... this book has completely overhauled my night time routine! It puts the anxiety of my personal life into perspective. I have been resting so much deeper at night. The writing is impeccable and the art in the book is absolutely magical. The cover of the book is so soft, I can't help but get excited when I pick it up.I highly recommend this as a gift or personal purchase.
I love this book of meditations. I'm always looking for ways to help me unwind after a full day and have added this book into my nighttime routine. Silva paints lovely pictures with her words, making it easy to visualize, relax and drift off to sleep. Each nightly passage I read offers the guidance and positivity needed to center my thoughts and quiet my mind. This book is beautiful, cover to cover.

This book is a collection of 365 meditations that are perfect for soothing and quieting your mind after a long day. I find myself drifting off to sleep a little quicker since I started reading this book just before I turn off the lights. Each meditation is a short paragraph -- they are all lyrical and thoughtful This book will probably always be on my nightstand, but with the cover art and the lovely photographs and illustrations throughout the book, it would be just as at home on my coffee table.
I got this for my mom because she is having a hard time sleeping lately. This has helped to ease her mind especially when shes going through bouts of anxiety at night.
I couldn't stop reading this book once I got it. The nightly meditations allow me to reflect on my day (as crazy as they always are) and then release everything into the universe. I am new to meditation and still find it so difficult to turn off my mind, but I can read the same passage over a few times and it helps me fall right to sleep. The illustrations are amazing and I even love the way it looks next to my bed:)I hope the author will write a book focused on morning meditation next!
