I'm writing the review that I wish I had been on here when I bought the book. Do not let this book make you feel stupid or discourage you. This book is fairly brutal. This is a collection of Series 7 questions, and the practice tests do not overlap much. My scores on the practice tests did not improve much at all because of this. If you can get a 70% on these tests you'll absolutely pass the SIE. Each question contains about 4 SIE questions' worth of information and requires 3 times the thinking. If you're making sure you understand all the questions you're getting wrong and googling terms you don't know, you'll be 100% set. That said, there will also be a ton of terms in here that are not on the FINRA outline and will certainly not be on the SIE exam. This may be the cheapest question bank I could find, but it is definitely not the most efficient. However, if your goal is to also pass the Series 7, this is a great find.
The practice exams were helpful and I used them to study for the SIE exam. After taking all the practice exams and studying hard, I passed the SIE. The book is a useful addition to other study materials.
Exams helped me a lot! I highly recommend them! They are a bit hard but if you can answer them you’ll pass the exam!
